    Sorry about my late reply...

    - WP good until 160K-180K, been there done that so don't worry.
    - Cam seals blow because PCV is blocked. So if you have no seal leak, leave it alone.
    - TB kit is about $120 at dealer (TB, 2 pulleys).
    - Learn how to do it to save money. If you DIY, then it only costs you some $120.

    Too bad you don't live in Omaha Nebraska, otherwise I can give you a hand.
