(1997 Volvo S70 T5)I am in need of critical help. I bought a Volvo that was mechanically perfect, but had a lot of electrical issues (more than half of anything electrical didn't function at all). I can figure most of everything out myself, but I am in desperate know how to wire the turn signal wiring harness correctly. Without them I cannot pass a state inspection and cannot get tags or plates; making me illegal until I solve this issue. I have no history with wiring except a lightbulb and a switch. I have tried to fix this issue and got a couple things to work but not the turn signals. Everything was pretty easy as splicing the distinguished wires together, but as soon as I got to several of the same color wires I gave up doing this without knowing anymore (several: black, red, and pink wires). So, as I said I would much appreciate the know how to rewire my turn signals correctly so they may work, thanks. (About 30 wires were burnt to a crisp).
